Family legal issues amidst the pandemic have led to an increase in workload for the family law firm Gomez Edwards Law Group in Santa Clara, California. To support their growing caseload, the firm recently hired two professionals who are making a difference: Virgilio Solis III joined the firm as Associate Family Law Attorney and Jared Carillo joined as Law Clerk.

Virgilio Solis III comes to Gomez Edwards Law Group after working for a personal injury law firm in San Diego, CA. Previous to this, he worked as a real estate litigation associate in Hawaii. Virgilio completed his Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson University. While in law school, Virgilio received numerous awards for providing pro bono legal services at a domestic violence clinic.
Jared Carillo recently received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Golden Gate University. While studying law, Jared joined the school’s Veterans Legal Advocacy Center, helping veterans obtain compensation for service-related injuries. He served as a judicial intern at the Santa Clara County Hall of Justice in San Jose.
